Verification and enhanced verification have their own tabs. Follow the instructions shown for your account and check the status there. If details are locked during a review, contact Live Support for help.
Open Security to review the security options available to your account. Keep your password, one-time codes and recovery information private.
If you cannot sign in, use the password recovery option on the sign-in screen. When asking for support, describe the error without sharing passwords or codes.
