Sign in and open Wallet from your account menu. Select Deposit or Withdraw to see the methods and currencies currently available to your account.
Review the method, amount, currency and any instructions shown before confirming a payment. If a crypto method requires a network, use the network specified on that screen.
Open Transactions from your account menu to review recorded activity and its displayed status.
For a payment question, provide Live Support with the transaction reference, method, currency, approximate time and a description of the issue. Never share card security codes, passwords, one-time codes or a wallet recovery phrase.
